you need to give it up. You'll never recover now. You've been unreliable, yanked the embeds once too often with no notice to your users, reduced the quality... why would anyone trust you? people don't want to have a site on fliggo they want to be able to embed to their blogs, facebooks, myspaces, lj's etc etc etc you are going to fail there are far too many better alternatives to you.

We apologize if we have failed you. There are indeed many other alternatives for uploading your videos simply to embed them to other sites and piggyback on other people's bandwidth. We are not trying to compete for those direct embeds.

Instead, contrary to your belief, people do want to have their own video sites. This may not be something that you want, and that's fine, you're not our target market.

If you just want to embed videos on your facebook, etc, I encourage you to use YouTube or any of the other video sites out there. Fliggo is a place for people who have collections of videos that they want to put online and maintain control over their content and the relationship with their viewers.

You apologize if? if you failed people? You accepted peoples uploads on one basis and then pulled the plug with no warning. It's not a question of if people want video sites some may, many won't, as it's extremely inexpensive under web 2.0 to run your own website and you don't need to do it on fliggo especially but what you have done is YOU have broken trust. You really have. I mean I am actually anti you guys and I've never ever felt that way about a site that gives me something for nothing before... after all you take the good with the bad... but you guys have really jerked people around in the un-fairest way and I will go out of my way to give you bad word of mouth and if I feel like this others will too. Good luck but you have killed your brand. Your only hope is to start over and re-brand.

Mike, it seems that you are awfully bitter. I would hate to be some one that takes a website this personally. All websites in their beginnings have a few wrinkles that need to be ironed out. Take deep breath and chill. Just because you don't understand or like what this website has to offer, doesn't mean you have to trash it. If you want to bitch, go find a website that charges you money to be a member. This is a great website, clean and easy to use. I look forward to the coming months and years of it's service to the online community. Thanks Fliggo guys.

I love Fliggo!! This is such a good idea! Guys keep up with the good work and don't let one sour apple shut you down. We need more people like you guys to provide a service such as this for FREE!!! totally awesome!
